In the course of our work, we often see gaps in the available technologies for custom ML models and ML-powered solutions. The Studio incubates these ideas, funds them and prepares them for market, often working alongside clients and VC partners.

We often support entrepreneurs whose startup relies on AI, either to produce an MVP to raise further capital, or to augment an existing AI/ML team. Typically, we exchange services for equity, but often, we can also connect new technologies to client solutions.

Due to our wide, global network of investment funds, across strategies, we can arrange capital to finance AI projects, as well as deploy some of our own. Our return can come via equity in an SPV, or via alternative strategies like revenue-sharing or convertibles.

We have experience undertaking Technical Due Diligence projects, conducting vendor and strategic reviews in the AI industry, advising on AI-powered investment hypotheses, and originating deals in the AI venture space.
